4-6 eggs

Add the yolks. 

You have to stir the contents when the mixture is hot.

1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp. powder

1 tsp. corn starch

Extra whipping cream for the garnish


Take a bowl and cut the chocolate roughly.

Then take 1/2 cup of cream on a pan and add the cut chocolate.

Place the pan on low flame and stir the contents.

It may take 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the flame and set aside.

You need to keep stirring. 

Use an electric whisk, and then whisk the rest of the cream. 

You need to ensure that it reaches soft peaks.

You should add the powdered sugar and sieved cornstarch.

Whisk the contents on medium flame.

You have to then mix the chocolate gently.

Fold it using a spatula.
